We are a snowsports club based at the dry slope on Gosling Sports Park in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire. We offer ski lessons, recreational ski and snowboarding as well as Fun Rings, all available for both adults and children!

Come as a group or on your own and get together with other females to have fun, learn something new or develop existing skills in a safe and welcoming environment.

Saturday Junior club

If you’re going away and want to get your children skiing before they reach the mountains, or if you’re looking for a fun new activity for the kids, then our Saturday morning Junior Club is for you! We accept anyone aged 6 to 16, whether they’re brand new to the sport, or looking to step their skiing up to the next level!

Group ski lessons

Private ski lessons (Juniors & Adults)

Our private lessons are perfect if you want some closer attention from one of our instructors. They are available on a flexible basis to both juniors and adults, subject to availability. Get in touch through the contact form on our “Contact Us” page for more details.

Recreational ski and snowboarding

Whether skiing for enjoyment, exercise or preparing for a holiday, recreational skiing
helps to improve your skills, ski fitness and confidence. Booking in advance is essential.

The price includes skis, ski boots and a helmet, if required. Skiers must arrive changed and
ready to ski. It is strongly recommended that skiers wear a helmet and this is compulsory
for children under 10 years of age. Due to Covid restrictions and for your safety, all equipment is sanitised after use and there are restrictions on the number of skiers allowed on the slope at any time. It is also recommended that skiers bring their own helmet. Cycle, skating or skateboard helmets are not acceptable.

During the Pandemic, recreational skiing may be available 10 am to 11 am and 12 to 1 pm on Saturdays, depending on slope availability.

To ski with us you must be able to use a button lift, control your speed by turning and stop safely.

Fun rings

If you are looking for something thrilling which requires no previous experience then you should definitely give Fun Rings a go! Fun Rings are inflatable rings which you can slide down the nursery slope in. It’s perfect for groups of friends, or as a team building activity! They’re great fun for both children and adults.

All participants must wear long sleeves, trousers and gloves. During the Pandemic, Fun Rings may be available 10 am to 11 am and 12 to 1 pm on Saturdays, depending on slope availability.
